B94 - Terrarossa - Bitter/Pale Ale 5%

B94 takes its cue from the history of the Salento peasants and the sweat-soaked earth, the Terrarossa beer is purely “Bitter”, obviously the colour is amber red, a bitter and sweet “Ale” at the same time. The use of special malts, dried fruit aromas, toffee caramel and toffee gives the beer a perfect balance deserving of third place in the UNIONBIRRAI competition in 2009. In the mouth it is dry, medium-bodied and leaves a characteristic hop bitterness. Ideal for accompanying boards of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, it accompanies first courses in the Mediterranean culinary tradition, roast meats with side dishes of grilled vegetables.
