The tour starts in the Fermentation Room, where it will be explained how Giovanni Aiello's dream became the Chakra project and where the various stages of production will be illustrated. The tour continues in the historical part of the Cantina, founded in 1800 by Don Guglielmo Laterza, later transformed into a restaurant and today, with the acquisition of Giovanni Aiello, back to its original functions, i.e. to being a wine cellar. Entirely dug out of the white Apulian stone in which the Itria Valley is rich, the cellar runs deep and houses the Bottaie, with its large barrels from the 1800s transformed into cosy and characteristic seats, where you can see our barriques being aged.
