Alcoholic fermentation at temperatures not exceeding 25°C, followed by ageing for a minimum of 6 months.
Alcohol content 14.5% vol.
Ruby red colour with garnet nuances. Intense and elegant nose, with clear hints of ripe dark fruit, cherry, plum, sweet spices such as ginger and aniseed, in balanced fusion with hints of toasted wood. In the mouth it is dry and full-bodied, softly caressing the palate with good consistency and elegant tannin, accompanied by a pleasant and harmonious freshness. Rather long and ample spicy finish.
Aubergine parmigiana, filet with green pepper, roast beef in a crust, roast lamb with aromatic potatoes, medium mature cheese. Serving temperature: 16-18 °C.
