2019 vintage saw an important regularity of rainfall and temperatures that allowed our vineyards in the Serre area to conclude the season with excellent ripening of the grapes and an extraordinary balance between acidity, sugars and phenolic maturity.
Our Negroamaro Rosso wine from the Cru delle Serre di Terra d'Otranto 2019 reflects an excellent expression of its terroir, characterised by important balsamic and spicy notes on the nose and a dry, straight taste with particularly elegant tannin in the mouth.
