Rampone is a pure Minutolo. It has a straw-yellow colour pervaded by greenish reflections of brilliant vivacity. Intense in bouquet, it has a distinct aromaticity, with decisive floral fragrances of hawthorn, jasmine and wisteria, citrus notes of lime, cedar and green apple, and softer fruity notes of yellow peach, mango, pineapple and exotic fruits in general.

Fresh, mineral, savoury, balanced, with good acidity and an excellent predisposition to ageing. Capable of exceptional performance with ageing.

Rampone is a white wine made almost especially for fish, shellfish and seafood dishes.
